Just visited to play golf so I cannot speak to the resort or accommodations. Played on 12/29 and was easily the most wind I've played in. Staff was very friendly and course was in great shape. Pace of play was great but I'm sure the temp and wind kept some away. Always enjoy playing the course even in the tough conditions. Photos don't really capture the severity of the wind today.

Absolutely incredible resort and Golf Club. Really enjoyed the opportunity to play it again at the beginning of the summer. The course is an excellent condition and a very fun scenic layout. The river comes into play on a couple of holes and makes for a very beautiful setting. Located within the resort itself with a grill tennis club fitness center beach and so on. Kiva Dunes is incredible! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I didn't stay at the hotel, but played their golf course designed by Mr. Arnold Palmer. The course was amazing. The the clubhouse restaurant served a great breakfast at an excellent price for the amount of food served. The staff was friendly and helpful. The green fees were a little bit pricey for me, but to splurge for a vacation it was worth the price.

This condo is 115b and is awesome! Tiled floors through out, 3bed/3bath, large balcony overlooking the golf course, and lots of beach access. They close the pool area and bar for 3 months, starting in December. I have visited twice now in November. Off season is the best for me to avoid crowds and kids. So much tranquility with the sound of the ocean and exploring.

The beach itself is clean, quiet, and perfect for families or couples looking to relax. We love being able to walk right from our cottage to the sand in just minutes. Every year, the staff continues to impress us with their friendliness and helpfulness, always going above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. From booking to check-out, the experience is seamless. If you’re looking for a Gulf Shores getaway that combines luxury, tranquility, and a true “home away from home” feel, Kiva Dunes Beach Cottages are the way to go. Already counting down the days until next year’s stay!

Beautiful dunes course! Reminds us of the links back home without all the crazy rough. Really fun water hazards and hole 9 is spectacular!

The course and service are amazing. Food is also good and resinable prices. Has a nice pro shop with the necessities. Carts are great.
